In the session ‘Co-creation and transformation of urban food systems,’ of OsloMet Urban Research Conference 2021 that took place on 27th and 28th of October, the transformation of urban food systems was on the agenda, with a focus on topics such as co-creation and empowered participation, sustainability, and innovation and learning methods.
